Hello, I’m Pam.

Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about my coaching work and the heart behind Replenish Mind Body Spirit. The space we create together is grounded in presence, curiosity, and steady support. It offers a pause from the pace of daily life—a place to reflect, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

My Coaching Philosophy

Coaching is a collaborative process rooted in awareness, reflection, and compassionate inquiry. It is not about advice or quick solutions—it is about creating a grounded space where you can explore your experience with honesty and clarity.

I support this work through active, reflective listening; open and evoking questions; gentle curiosity without agenda; grounded presence; and respect for your autonomy and lived experience.
My background informs how I witness and listen—not what I tell you to do. You bring your insights; together we create the conditions for clarity to emerge.

My Background and Approach

My path began in cardiac surgical critical care, where I learned to understand the many ways people experience change, uncertainty, stress, and meaning. Over time, I saw the importance of spaces that honor complexity without rushing toward solutions.

As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I integrate evidence-informed practices, whole-person awareness, and palliative-inspired principles such as presence, meaning-making, and clarity around what matters most. My approach is reflective, grounded, and centered on your values and voice.

What It’s Like to Work Together

Our sessions offer a calm, supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and needs with curiosity and compassion.

Through reflective conversation, you are invited to deepen awareness of your internal experience, notice shifts or patterns, clarify what matters most, and consider possibilities that feel aligned with your values.

Rather than offering solutions, I support you in discovering your own direction. Together, we explore insights and shape small, meaningful steps that feel realistic and supportive for your life.

This is a partnership—steady, respectful, and tailored to your unique context.

All sessions are private and follow appropriate standards for confidentiality.

Integrative Coaching within Healthcare Settings

This work integrates naturally within medical and wellness environments that value whole-person care. Coaching supports continuity by helping patients and families reflect on their goals, values, and self-care needs in partnership with their healthcare team. It creates space between visits to pause, clarify, and align daily choices with what matters most, strengthening communication, confidence, and well-being across the care experience.

A Note on Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching supports personal growth, reflection, and alignment with your values. It focuses on the present moment, awareness-building, and supportive practices.

Therapy is the appropriate space for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, processing trauma, or working with acute emotional distress.

If your needs extend beyond the scope of coaching, we can discuss options for additional support.
